FCS Software's 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for August 25, 2026. To determine eligibility for attendance and voting, the cut-off date is August 18, 2026. Share transfer books will be closed from August 19 to August 25, 2026. Shareholders registered by the cut-off date can cast their e-votes between August 22 and August 24, 2026.
