T. Spiritual World Limited has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 25, 2026, at 4:00 PM via video conferencing.

Shareholders can participate in remote e-voting from August 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM until August 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

The cut-off date for voting eligibility is August 18, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 19, 2026, to August 25, 2026, for the AGM.

Additionally, the company is facilitating a special one-year window for transferring and dematerializing physical securities that faced issues prior to April 2019.
