Record Date

ABB India has declared a special dividend of ₹90 per share (4500% on face value ₹2). The record date for this special dividend is August 07, 2026. To be eligible for the dividend, shareholders must hold shares in their demat account by this date.

The payment of the special dividend will be processed on or before August 29, 2026.
