Neil Industries held a board meeting where it accepted the resignation of Ms. Deepanti Verma, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective close of business hours due to personal reasons.

Following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's review, the company approved the appointment of Mr. Suryansh Nigam as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Mr. Nigam, a qualified Company Secretary, will assume his role effective August 01. This change ensures continued leadership in vital governance and compliance functions.
