A. K. Capital Services Limited has announced a notice to shareholders regarding the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.

This applies to shares where dividends declared in financial year 2018-19 or later have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years.

Shareholders with unclaimed dividends or shares should verify details on the company's website (www.akgroup.co.in) and claim them by October 31, 2026. Failure to do so will result in the shares being transferred to IEPF.

Shareholders can still reclaim them later from the IEPF Authority.
