Croissance Limited has announced the resignation of its Statutory Auditors, M/s. YCRJ & Associates.

The auditors stated their reasons for stepping down include difficulties in conducting audit procedures due to the company's business expansion and geographical relocation, the departure of the partner managing the assignment, and outstanding unpaid fees coupled with an increased workload that makes the existing fee structure insufficient.

This necessitates the company to appoint a new audit firm.
