Genesys International has announced a rights issue of 2.51 Cr shares at ₹50/share, raising ₹125.37 Cr.

Funds will boost working capital (₹88 Cr) and convert ₹14.89 Cr of promoter Sajid Malik's loan into equity.

As a geospatial leader, the company faces competitive pressures and has addressed multiple past regulatory fines.
