Elcid Investments held its 45th Annual General Meeting where shareholders approved the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and a final dividend of ₹25 per equity share.

The meeting also saw the re-appointment of Ms. Amrita Vakil as Director and Mr. Kartikeya Kaji as Independent Director.

The company, an NBFC, highlighted its long-term investment strategy, maintaining a 4.23% strategic stake in Asian Paints Limited with no plans for sale.

Consolidated dividend income for the year was ₹105.80 crore, and the company noted its shares trade below Net Asset Value.
