MPS Ltd.'s subsidiaries, American Journal Experts-NC (AJE-NC) and American Journal Experts-DE (AJE-DE), are consolidating into MPS North America LLC (MPS NA) via a two-step merger.

AJE-NC has merged into AJE-DE, which will subsequently merge into MPS NA.

This internal restructuring aims to streamline operations, enhance management oversight, and drive efficiency for better profitability.

For FY26, MPS NA reported revenue of 114.49 Cr, and AJE-NC had 100.97 Cr.

No cash is exchanged, and this subsidiary-level consolidation has no impact on MPS Limited's shareholder pattern.
