The Board of Directors met to approve the financial results for the quarter.

Key decisions included the re-appointment of M/s V.M. & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and M/s Manish Damodar & Co. as Internal Auditor for the financial year.

The Board also approved convening its 17th Annual General Meeting on September 12 and the closure of share transfer books from September 6-12. Additionally, the Annual Report and related documents were approved.

The trading window for insiders will open on August 4.
