Money Masters Leasing & Finance Limited has announced the dispatch of its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice and the Annual Report for financial year 2025-26. The AGM will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 12:30 PM (IST) through video conferencing or other audio-visual means.

Shareholders will have access to remote e-voting from August 21 to August 23, 2026. This allows investors to participate in important company decisions and vote on agenda items for the past financial year.
