Tridev Infraestates' Board recently noted the continued vacancy of its Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.

The position has been open since May following the previous officer's resignation.

Management has actively sought a replacement through consultants and interviews but has not yet identified a suitable candidate.

The Board has directed management to persist with recruitment efforts.

Until a new appointment is made, the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and other authorized officers will ensure all necessary compliances are maintained.

The company will update stakeholders once the position is filled.
