Route Mobile Limited has announced its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via video conference on September 02, 2026, at 3:30 PM (IST). Electronic voting will be available, with the cut-off for eligibility on August 26, 2026. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.
