Shoora Designs' Board, following review by its Audit Committee, has approved several auditor appointments.

M/s. TGB And Associates is now the Statutory Auditor, filling a vacancy and awaiting shareholder approval for a term until FY 2030-31. M/s. Keyur Shah & Associates has been appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Furthermore, M/s. SSN & Associates will serve as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27, pending shareholder endorsement.
