Veljan Hydair Limited's Board has approved the re-appointment of Dr. Suresh Akella as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive five-year term, effective from September 30, 2026, until September 29, 2031. This appointment, following review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is contingent on shareholder approval through a Special Resolution.

The Board considers Dr. Akella's continued independent oversight, qualifications, and extensive experience highly beneficial for the company's strategic guidance.
