Record Date

Speciality Restaurants has set September 4, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the dividend for FY 2025-26. If the dividend is declared at the AGM on September 11, 2026, eligible investors will receive payment on or after September 14, 2026. This date also serves as the cut-off for remote e-voting eligibility at the AGM.
