Virgo Global Limited's board has undergone significant changes.

Two independent directors, Ms. Payal Jain and Mr. Prabhaker Reddy Aedla, have resigned.

Concurrently, Mr. Manish Kumar Jain has been appointed as a new Additional Independent Director.

Notably, Ms. Payal Jain has transitioned from her independent director role to be appointed as the Whole Time Director for five years and also as the Chief Financial Officer.

These changes reshape the company's board composition and bring new leadership to key executive functions, impacting governance and operational oversight.
