Sancode Technologies has invested approximately Rs. 43 Cr by subscribing to 12,647 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) in its subsidiary, Sancode Semi Private Limited.

The subsidiary, Sancode Semi, has overall raised Rs. 107 Cr through the preferential allotment of 31,467 CCPS.

This strategic investment is earmarked for developing an OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) Project, specifically approved by the Government of Odisha.

This initiative strengthens Sancode Technologies' presence in the semiconductor industry, aligning with its business goals.

Post-allotment, Sancode Technologies' stake in Sancode Semi is 95.74% on a fully diluted basis.
