Choksi Laboratories Limited has changed its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The company's shareholder services, previously managed by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, are now handled by Ankit Consultancy Private Limited.

This move follows an evaluation of service offerings, technology, and local convenience, aiming to enhance investor support and efficiency.

A tripartite agreement between the company and both RTAs will be finalized.
