Veljan Denison's Board has approved the re-appointment of Dr. Suresh Akella as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive five-year term.

This re-appointment is contingent on shareholder approval via a Special Resolution.

The Board, after review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, believes his extensive experience in manufacturing, FEM, and technology continues to be highly beneficial, offering strategic guidance and independent oversight.

He is deemed independent and not related to any other director, ensuring continuity of experienced leadership for the company.
