CENLUB Industries Limited has announced a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The Board will consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Key agenda items also include approving the Director's Report for the year ended March 31, 2025, and various governance reports.

The meeting will also fix dates for book closure and the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and appoint a scrutinizer.
