SKM Egg Products has set Friday, Sep 11, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend.

The Board, at its meeting on July 29, 2026, proposed a final dividend of INR 1.25 per equity share (face value INR 5/-) for FY 2025-26. This payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 31st AGM.

Eligible shareholders will receive the dividend within 30 days of the AGM declaration.
