Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee) posted strong financial results for the quarter.
Revenue from Operations surged by 72% YoY to ₹470 Cr, while PAT jumped 221% YoY to ₹52 Cr, marking their highest-ever Q1 profit.
EBITDA also grew significantly by 259% YoY to ₹105 Cr, with margins expanding to 21.3%. Pre-sales were ₹617 Cr, down 42% YoY, primarily due to no new project launches in the quarter, but collections remained strong at ₹599 Cr.
The company is strategically focused on redevelopment, which makes up 76% of its forthcoming projects, and premiumization, with 93% of its future residential pipeline in emerging premium & premium segments.
It's also diversifying into plotted developments and commercial assets.
Rustomjee aims for ₹10,000 Cr in pre-sales by FY30, supported by an ambitious FY27 launch pipeline of projects worth ₹8,000 Cr GDV.
Recent project additions include two new projects with an estimated GDV of ₹55 Cr.
The company's credit rating was upgraded to Dual “AA- / Stable.”
