Emerald Leisures' board has approved the allotment of the initial part of Secured, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through a private placement.

The company allotted 550 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹10 Lakh, totaling ₹55 Crore from the approved issue of 1,050 NCDs worth ₹105 Crore.

This capital raise, secured by company assets, carries a 10% annual interest payable monthly, with a 6% redemption premium.

This move secures significant funding for the company.
