Dhatre Udyog's Board has appointed Ms. Yamini Shukla as the new Whole-time Company Secretary, Key Managerial Personnel, and Compliance Officer.

The Board also acknowledged past delays in corporate filings for the quarter ended June.

To address this, it authorized the Directors and the newly appointed Compliance Officer to take immediate steps to rectify and regularize the company's compliance status.

This move aims to strengthen governance and ensure timely future disclosures.
