Outcome of Board Meeting

Shree Tirupati Balajee FIBC's board met, greenlighting the FY25-26 Board Report and setting the 17th AGM for Sept 25, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Yash Khemchandani as Independent Director and Mr. Binod Kumar Agarwal as Managing Director, each for another five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
