Heera Ispat's Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting nil revenue from operations and a loss of 0.018 Cr.

The company saw significant management changes with the resignations of Managing Director Mr. Omprakash Dhariwal, Whole-time Director Mr. Chirag Dinesh Chandan, and CFO Mrs. Himanshi Jayrajsinh Jadeja, who transitioned to a Non-Executive Woman Director role.

New appointments include Mr. Harshvardhan Katariya as Managing Director and Chairman, Mr. Rajesh Sutaria as an Independent Director, and Mr. Jimit Sanghvi as Chief Financial Officer.
