Rudra Gas Enterprise has acquired approximately 71% equity stake in DS Pipeline Projects Limited (DSPL) for INR 18.38 Cr, with the consideration already paid.

This strategic move aims to diversify and expand Rudra Gas Enterprise's operations within the gas pipeline sector.

DSPL specializes in laying high-pressure steel and medium-density polyethylene gas pipelines, including PNG connections.

DSPL's revenue has shown growth, reporting 84.85 Cr in FY25, 69.49 Cr in FY24, and 53.25 Cr in FY23. This acquisition is not a related party transaction, strengthening the company's core business.
