Shareholders at the 50th Annual General Meeting approved the appointment of M/s M S K A & Associates LLP as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, from the conclusion of the 50th AGM until the 55th AGM.

This comes as M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP completed their maximum tenure.

The incoming firm, M/s MSKA & Associates LLP, is a well-regarded audit firm with experience auditing large listed entities.
