Royal India Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, Suryam India Minecorp, has divested 10% equity shares of Exclusive Quarries Private Limited (EQPL) to Sumantra Techsoft Private Limited for Rs 1.44 Cr.

This transaction results in EQPL ceasing to be a step-down subsidiary.

EQPL contributed approximately 0.49 Cr to revenue and 9.29 Cr to net worth in the last financial year.

This move simplifies the company's structure by reducing its indirect stake, impacting its overall consolidated business operations.
