Royal India Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, Suryam India Minecorp, has sold 9,00,981 equity shares, representing a 10% stake, in Exclusive Quarries Private Limited (EQPL) to Sumantra Techsoft Private Limited.

Following this transaction, EQPL is no longer a step-down subsidiary of Royal India Corporation.

The sale generated 1.44 Cr.

Before this transaction, EQPL contributed about 0.5 Cr in revenue (approximately 1.07% of the company's total) and had a net worth of about 9.29 Cr (approximately 6.79% of the company's total).
