Lime Chemicals announced changes to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Avinash Jhaveri resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairman due to personal commitments.

The company appointed Mr. Samir Kumar Das as the new Non-Executive Independent Director and Chairman, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in BFSI, governance, and risk management.

Ms. Rakhi Jayantilal Upadhyay, a financial consultant with 25+ years of experience, was also appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director.

These changes led to the re-constitution of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholders Grievance, and Risk Management Committees, strengthening the company's governance structure.
