Gayatri BioOrganics' board has approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting a net loss of ₹0.10 Cr on revenue of ₹2.34 Cr.

Major corporate changes are underway: the company proposes to change its name to an 'Ananth BioOrganics Limited' variant, subject to approvals.

Leadership shifts include Mr. Venkata Sandeep Kumar Reddy Tikkavarapu's resignation as Chairman, while Mr. Sreedhara Reddy Kanaparthi transitions from Whole-time Director to Chairman and Managing Director for three years, pending shareholder approval.

The company will also adopt new internal rules, to be voted on at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
