Record Date

BMETRICS has set Friday, September 18, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share (1%) for FY26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, pending approval at the 11th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026. This date also determines eligibility for e-voting at the AGM.
