OCCL Limited has set August 20, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.80 per equity share (90% on face value Rs. 2) for FY 2025-26. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the 4th AGM on August 27, 2026. Shareholders on record by August 20 will be eligible for this payout.
