UNITED COTFAB LIMITED's Board has appointed Ms. Dipti Shandilya as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, a key managerial personnel.

This decision followed a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Ms. Shandilya, a qualified company secretary with experience in secretarial and legal functions, will also be jointly authorized with Managing Director Mr. Gagan Mittal to determine the materiality of company events and make disclosures to the Stock Exchanges.
