Asahi India Glass (ASAHIINDIA) has set September 11, 2026, as the Record Date.

This is for its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 18, 2026, and to determine eligibility for the dividend.

The Board earlier put forth a dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share for FY 2025-26, which is pending shareholder approval at the AGM.

Shareholders on record as of September 11, 2026, will be eligible for this dividend if declared.
