EBITDA climbed 16.8% to ₹29.3 Cr, improving margins to 16.4%, while net profit surged 77.1% YoY to ₹4.5 Cr.

Warehousing services led segment growth at 12.6%, with transportation (+8.7%) and trading & distribution (+6.2%) also showing strong momentum.

The company is strategically investing in cold chain infrastructure expansion and digital transformation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Notable developments include new built-to-suit (BTS) warehouses under construction in Pune (5,904 Pallets), Patna (6,444 Pallets), and Hyderabad (10,000 Pallets). Management anticipates sustained growth, supported by healthy warehouse utilization, strengthening seasonal demand, and a strong pipeline of new customer acquisitions, aiming to boost throughput and asset utilization.
