Solarium Green Energy's Board has approved two key items.

The company's Registered Office will shift to a new unit, B-1207, within the same building in Ahmedabad, a minor administrative change.

Additionally, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Rajendra Bhausaheb Tandale, Head Project in Operations and a Senior Management Personnel.

He is departing for professional growth and will be relieved from his duties on August 14. The company confirmed no other material reasons for his exit, a detail investors should note regarding leadership changes.
