Jaysynth Orgochem's Board approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Standalone total income was Rs 58.79 Cr, with a net profit after tax of Rs 5.35 Cr.

Consolidated total income reached Rs 58.13 Cr, generating a net profit of Rs 5.50 Cr.

The company also approved the appointment of M/s. Chhogmal & Co. as its new Statutory Auditors, pending shareholder approval.

Furthermore, it incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, VarnaTex Limited, in Hong Kong, although its operations have not yet commenced.
