AXTEL INDUSTRIES LIMITED's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Naishad Desai as Whole-time Director for a five-year term, effective March 1, 2027. Mr. Desai, with over 45 years of experience and instrumental since 1992, has been crucial to the company's growth and technological development.

The Board also approved the continuation of Mr. Ajay Nalin Parikh as Whole-time Director until July 31, 2028. Mr. Parikh, also associated since 1992, has been key in expanding manufacturing facilities and developing import-substitute equipment.
