Shervani Industrial Syndicate's Board has appointed Mr. Bal Krishna Misra as an Additional and Executive Director for a five-year term.

Mr. Misra, a qualified Company Secretary with 22 years of experience in finance, corporate law, and governance, has been with the company since 2004, serving most recently as General Manager (F&A). His significant, long-standing contributions to financial management, corporate governance, and compliance are key to this leadership role.

This move strengthens the company's internal leadership with proven talent.

Shareholders will ratify the appointment at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
