Company Update

The company's Board of Directors met and approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. Key decisions included the re-appointment of Mr. Sumish S. Mody as Managing Director for a five-year term starting November 1, 2026, pending shareholder approval.

The board also proposed Mr. Miten Sudhir Mody's re-appointment as a director at the upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting.

Preparations for the AGM are underway, with the Director's Report and meeting notice approved.

Other approvals included managerial remuneration exceeding 11% of net profits and the appointment of an internal auditor.
