Aegis Logistics kicked off Q1 FY27 with a strong performance!
The Liquids division hit its highest Q1 revenue & EBITDA, marking 5 straight quarters of EBITDA growth.
The Gas division also saw record EBITDA, soaring 296% YoY, thanks to strong distribution volume & margins plus stable logistics.
Consolidated Revenue jumped 37% YoY to Rs. 2,357 Cr.
Normalized EBITDA surged 184% to Rs. 727 Cr, and Profit After Tax (PAT) climbed 212% to Rs. 545 Cr.
EPS was Rs. 13.80, up 269%. Strategically, Aegis is expanding its "Necklace of Terminals" across key ports to boost its liquid and gas storage and distribution network.
Its "Project GATI" focuses on greenfield/brownfield expansions, M&A, and new energy ventures.
The company's strong cash position (liquidity reserves of Rs. 5,939 Cr as of FY26) fuels these ambitious growth plans.
