Madhav Infra Projects announced that Mr. Ashok Madhavdas Khurana, a promoter, will transfer approximately 7.57 crore equity shares, representing a 28.087% stake, to other members of the Promoter Group.

These shares will be acquired by Mr. Amit Khurana, Mrs. Neelakshi Amit Khurana, and Armaan Amit Trust through an off-market gift, meaning no cash consideration is involved.

This internal restructuring ensures the overall shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group remains exactly the same, signaling consistent ownership and control for investors.
