V R Films & Studios has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company's total income from operations was ₹1.29 Cr, with a net loss after tax of ₹1.14 Cr.

This resulted in a basic loss per share of ₹1.04. The results, focused on film distribution and dubbing, were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board.

The company also highlighted the incorporation of its subsidiary, Krishmicbon AI Tech Pvt Ltd, in September 2025, in which it holds a 60% voting stake.
