Hindoostan Mills has announced its 122nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 11:30 A.M.

The meeting will be conducted virtually via video conference or other audio-visual means.

For the purpose of the AGM, the company's Register of Members will be closed from Monday, September 07, 2026, to Thursday, September 10, 2026, inclusive.

This book closure period determines shareholder eligibility for voting and other AGM-related matters.
