Indo Thai Securities Limited's Debenture Issuance Committee has taken key steps to facilitate its planned Secured, Redeemable, Unlisted, Unrated, Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) issuance.

The committee approved the appointment of Axis Trustee Services Limited as the Debenture Trustee.

Additionally, Bigshare Services Private Limited was appointed as the Registrar and Transfer Agent for these NCDs.
