Godawari Power & Ispat's Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue hit ₹1,750.47 Cr, up 32.3% YoY, fueled by its steel products and new 25 MW solar and 6.91 MW waste heat recovery power plants.

Net profit, however, rose a modest 2.7% YoY to ₹221.74 Cr, with Basic EPS at ₹3.59. This slower profit growth stems from total expenses climbing 40.5%, significantly outpacing revenue, notably in material costs and other operational expenses.
The company is also investing in battery storage and a cold rolling mill for future growth.
These results show strong top-line momentum but reveal margin pressures from rising costs.
