B&A Packaging India's Board has approved the standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. Revenue from operations stood at ₹41.94 Cr, with a profit of ₹2.41 Cr for the period.

Earnings per share (basic) were ₹4.87. Additionally, the company appointed Mr. Ranadhis Banerjee as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mr. Sabitabrata Mondal as Chief Financial Officer.

These appointments strengthen the company's key management team and support its operational and financial governance.
